Yellow River is a unique family-run restaurant and lodge in the heart of the Peruvian Cloud Forest near Machu Picchu in Peru. We guarantee you'll fall in love with the beauty of this stunning natural location as you share our home and relax amid lush tropical vegetation. We are first and foremost coffee and chocolate (cocoa) farmers and run workshops for those wishing to roast their own and take some home. We have a small hostel / lodge, a beautiful campsite, our home doubles as a restaurant and our outdoor bar serves a wide-range of drinks from fruit juices and smoothies made from our own fruit, coffee from our Vintage Gaggia machine or ice-cold beers and soft drinks and some delicious cocktails. If you're heading to Machu Picchu, save the stress and expense of the usual travel arrangements and unwind at your leisure. Stay on the way and on the way back, meet the family and go for a walk or even a swim in the river.
